FAQ's & Things to Keep in Mind

Are our flowers fresh?
Yes, we purchase flowers from various markets and wholesalers Monday, Wednesday, Friday. When not in use our flowers are kept in a temperature controlled room or in a chiller.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order by 

  • Calling us within shop hours
  • Placing an order online.
  • Emailing us via our contact forms
  • Or simply coming and seeing us.

Are all your arrangements exactly as pictured?
No, unfortunately not always. Some arrangements will have seasonal flowers in them. If this happens, we will endeavor to recreate as close to the pictured items as possible. This is the unfortunate nature of our industry, we are affected by seasons and the ever changing weather and what the growers can provide. We will always do our best to provide the best quality and designs we can.

What are your delivery options?
We offer delivery throughout the Wellington region. From Wellington City to Kapiti - Upper Hutt. Rural deliveries will incur an extra fee.

Same day orders available?
Of course, however in order to give our girls enough time to execute your order we only ask you have it placed by 2pm of the day required. After this we would prefer if you could give us a call so we can confirm that your order is able to be done and delivered on time.

Do you deliver on Weekends?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays and some Special Sundays (Mothers Day etc..) but orders need to be in by 2pm Friday before delivery date to ensure we can get it on the courier in time. Otherwise call to see what we can do to help.

What happens if I am not happy with my flowers and want a refund?

As flowers are a perishable product refunds after the day of pick up or delivery is very unlikely. We deal with this on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of our owner Rosie. We do want all our customers to leave happy and will do our best to find a solution to the problem.

What if I want something not pictured?
No problem, we can make something to suit your needs. Just come in and see us or contact us via email / phone.

Do you have balloons?
NO
